Different approach, worth it
This is about the 12 steps of recovery, but if you like yoga, and are into Chakra's, Doshas, etc. then you will love this book. She knows her stuff. I am loving this book and it is getting me into the steps, which one must do in recovery.

For anyone who is a yoga teacher, person of recovery or simply someone who is open and willing to delve deeper into escavating oneself, this book will reveal a greater sense being. She has authentically kept the spirit of the 12 steps as the braid throughout this book. Her rendition of yogic terminology and principles is outlined clearly for both the experienced yoga teacher and one who simply has a love for yoga. Wonderful Recovery Tool
I have been in recovery for 24 years and practicing yoga for 21. This workbook and companion book will be my “go to” tools for furthering my own recovery and working with sponsees. Kyczy “keeps it simple” and encourages self reflection and documentation. Writing it down is so therapeutic. Changed My Life
This book, along with the companion Workbook, changed my life. Working the Steps in combination with Yoga in this format gave me a deeper trust in my body, mind and spirit.
