I think there's product is a good product.It's easy to take.I don't urinate nowhere near as much as I used to.During the night time, it keeps my cortisol down.And I give this product two thumbs up

This is a part of my daily vitamin supplements. It is high quality and helps with my sleep quality. Dr. Berg has very informative videos online to understand what different supplements do to our body. I’d highly recommend.

Good product, makes me feel happy.

I’ve been taking Dr. Berg’s L-Theanine for a few weeks now, and it’s exactly what I needed. It provides a very subtle, natural sense of calm without making me feel groggy or tired. I take it during workday stress, and it helps me stay focused and 'level' rather than anxious. It’s a clean formula that actually works.

This L-theanine is good. The effect is the same as the others, but the other ones are cheaper. So I will give four stars because I think the price could be more affordable.

Idk, I buy all Dr. bergs products. I trust his brand by far. I don’t think this one is for me though. It made me feel alil off. I’m gonna try again and see if I’m tripping. If I get different symptoms I will update this review.
