Gentle, high-quality vitamins with no side effects for me
I usually have a hard time with vitamins and often experience side effects, so I’m very cautious when trying new supplements. These have been great for me. The formula feels clean and well-balanced, and I haven’t had any of the stomach upset or other issues I’ve experienced with other multivitamins. They’re easy to tolerate and fit well into my daily routine. I really appreciate the quality of Pure Encapsulations products, and this multivitamin has been a solid choice. If you’re sensitive to vitamins or struggle with side effects, these are definitely worth trying. I will say they are LARGE and often get lodged in my upper throat for a few minutes but its nothing I cant handle. drinking a lot of liquid really helps them go down.

Good product
I was tired and someone recommended these- i take them daily- wish they were a bit cheaper but when i got blood work done it was really good. Will keep taking them.

My Aunt told me about this supplement when I asked if she took a Daily Vitamin. I take a few suppliments but had lost my way with a Multi for my age range, which is over 55. They seem to cover the more than daily requirements with no ill effects at all. All good here, this Company, Pure Encapsulations is thoughtfully sourced which gives us a quality product. I will not pay for Expensive Urine, but for a dependable product, I will. *****

Good quality, bummed about ownership
The vitamins themselves are great but I found out Pure Encapsulations is owned by Nestlé so I probably wont be reordering.

Not Sick!
My daughter & I both had flu last year. I started this vitamin in August 2025. This year my daughter got flu again & I did not. This was even while sharing a drinking cup with her. I think it’s no coincidence that I’ve been diligent about taking these vitamins and now I’m not sick. Thank you PURE Encapsulations for carrying this momma through❤️
