It comes with two straws that can be washed. It's kept my drink warm all day. Sleek design that doesn't scratch easy. I like the insulated model so I'm not drinking anything hot out of plastic. The hole for the straw to poke through also seals shut, so you don't have to worry about spills if you choose to have the cap on with no straw.
