XaphoonXP-1 Pocket Sax

Amazing instrument. With a few days practice I can get a tune out of it. Sounds great.A really fun instrument.

The Xaphoon is a great liitle single-reed, woodwind instrument. Despite the small size it has a rich, mellow tone, somewhat similar to a clarinet or an oboe. It is easy to learn allthough beginner will need to work up lung and mouth control (like all reed instruments) to sustain notes. Anyone familiar with other reed instruments will quickly find a new friend, one that can always be with you in a jacket pocket or backpack (try to do that with a sax).

Wow, das hätte ich nicht gedacht! Das ist ein satter, toller Sound, den man diesem kleinen Instrument überhaupt nicht zutraut. Wenn man als Anfänger die Angst überwindet, zu laut zu sein und die Nachbarn aufzuschrecken, dann ist es auch einfache zu spielen. Versucht man erst leise Töne zu entlocken, so ist man enttäuscht und verzweifelt daran. Bläst man kräftig an, dann entlockt man dem Xaphoon auch als Anfänger satte, gute und saubere Töne. Unbedarft und ohne irgendeine Vorkenntnisse hatte ich mir das deutlich schwerer vorgestellt. Alles weitere liegt nun ca. 15cm hinter dem Mundstück und benötigt üben, üben und nochmals üben. Das ist ähnlich wie beim Fotoapparat, da sitzt das wichtigste Bauteil auch 10cm hinter dem Okkular und ist nicht die Kamera selbst;-)Ergänzung: Man kann dem Xaphoon auch leisere Töne in gleicher Qualität entloken, aber das bedeutet speziell für unbedarfte noch mehr üben und üben!

Instrumento informal y divertido, pero capaz de sacar un sonido sorprendentemente terso y rico. Si buscas un instrumento entretenido y fácil de aprender, el Xaphoon es lo tuyo. Sirve de preparación a otros instrumentos de lengüeta, como el saxofón o el clarinete.La entrega fue rápida y sin ningún tipo de problema.

Je suis déçu de l'instrument, je n'arrive à sortir aucun son...Je ne pensais pas qu'il était aussi dur que ça!Bref, je vais demander un remboursement!
