This product makes a lot of statements about how each ingredient improves different aspects of your health. I like that detail provided in their ad. However, I have used this product now for about 21 days (not yet the 30 days mentioned in the ad to see changes), and I do not as yet see much difference in how I feel with the exception of digestion. It has been an impressive help in the digestion department anecdotally, starting after only a few days of use. I struggle with constipation, and this has (anecdotally) brought about an impressive improvement in regularity. As far as taste, etc., it is just fine in my coffee, which is how I use it every morning. The taste is fine, not offensive in any way, and it dissolves well. If I start seeing other improvements in how I feel, I'll update.

I shopped around for the right supplement made 100% from the fruiting body of the mushroom, and Sacred 7 delivered the most well rounded blend in my opinion. Personally, even as an adult I struggle with many textures and flavors, but this blend is so smooth and not gritty at all. A super fine powder you’ll want to handle with care when using. My favorite way to have it is in a warm cup of hot chocolate and marshmallows. I don’t get the milk scorching, just warm, and then add in my favorite cocoa mix and a serving of mushroom powder. Having a nice cup of cocoa usually helps my mood, and currently it’s making holiday gift wrapping a bit more special and warm. Knowing that for myself, or my nephew's when they come over for the holidays, that our hot chocolate is not just all sugar, but a bit more mindful and unique is nice. You really can’t tell any difference in taste or texture when you add a single serving to about 8-10oz of hot chocolate. Besides drinks like coffee and hot chocolate I also incorporate a serving into my fruit smoothies and warm oatmeal. Once I put a serving into a bowl of chocolate cereal and couldn’t tell at all. I’m excited for the product and benefits but it mixes poorly. I stir and stir in my coffee but only to find most of it settled at the bottom. This is too much $ for not getting the benefit even with continual stirring. I’m glad others find it easy to mix, but that is not my experience. Other than that it seems high quality.

I mix this into my morning coffee or smoothies and honestly forget it’s there, no taste at all. After a couple weeks, I’ve noticed steadier focus and a calm, balanced energy without needing extra caffeine.
