Why did you pick this product vs others?: Product working great so far. The top cylinder did come off when I was pulling it up. You may want to wiggle the top to make sure it isn't stuck so you don't pull to hard on the key/cylinder. Customer support made it right so I am happy so far.

This was my second machine to my disappointment. I have to watch it like a hawk because it jams so easily. It is a pain and I will not buy another. When it was working the kids loved it. The problems it gives me is not worth it. It jammed again right after the cut off time for returning it. so now it sits jammed and I cannot get my money out or the toys inside.

Broke fairly easy. Wrote Amazon for a replacement and never received it. I would say it isn’t for daily use.
