Excellent dehumidifier. I have 2 of them. A 32 Pint (per day output not size of internal tank) without a pump and a 50 Pint (again daily output, lots of folks think thats what the internal tank size is) with a pump at 2 properties. The 32 Pint one is at my home and I have to say it dried up my basement in a hurry. Same with the 50 Pint at the other site and both get very damp during rainy weather. Very easy to setup wifi, and app is pretty good for what I use it for. It's great to be away on vacation and know the units are working and what the humidity is at both sites.

Great dehumidifier for a basement. Easy set up and does a great job. Our first H.L lasted more years than we can remember and we wanted replace with the same model and company.

So far, this dehumidifier is working great—no complaints! The wireless functionality was the deciding factor for me when choosing this unit. I tried other models, but they were poorly built with flimsy plastic parts. Even though they looked better on paper, my real-world experience proved otherwise. If possible, the company could improve the design a bit—maybe make it slimmer and less bulky—but I understand the “if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it” approach. Overall, it’s a great machine, and I really hope it lasts a long time.

Works well but does require a temperature of 65 minimum.
