Really happy with this product. The gond katira swells up nicely when soaked overnight and turns into a clear jelly, which shows its purity. I’ve been adding it to lemon water and milkshakes, and it blends well without any odd taste. It’s very cooling for the body, especially in the summer, and also helps with digestion. This is original and good quality Gond Katira. On soaking in water it swells up pretty fast and forms jelly well. It has alot of health benefits and best to consume in this summer seasons to cool down body heat. The gond katira crystals are clean with only minor impurities which will usually be present in all natural products. Good taste. Happy with the quality and will also purchase it in future.
