I always order 2 bottles of these Minerals. They help me tremendously, I take 4 every night before bed.

I have been using this brand now for several years. My daughter takes it before bedtime and falls asleep right after. This helps her muscles recover faster and less cramps/strains and faster recovery. She is an athlete and this does not cause an upset stomach. And it also helps her perform well in school. I give her 3 at night. She was 16 and just turned 17. I highly recommend this product.

Used this supplement for my teen boy’s to complement the Teen a Boy Vitamins. Easy to digest, love the combination and % of each nutrient. Important to me to have a very solid, well researched, thoughtfully, healthfully produces product.

I have been taking for years I would recommend for a good multi-mineral supplement.

The directions state you should take four a day. I just take two a day, for one thing, they are pricey. Also, I can't imagine the dosage should be the same for me, a 130 lb woman as for a 250 lb man. But the company will profit better if we all take four. I do believe these minerals are a very good quality mineral though and I am glad I found them.

I use this product for adrenal support, suggested by my naturopath. Can really tell if I stop taking these for a bit. Need them for daily maintenance.

I wanted so much to take these - to get good, bioavailable minerals. For my body, at least, it did not work. It says take 4 late in the day, but I found, even just taking one, that it loosened my bowels too much. It's a good quality brand & product - just for this body it is not possible to take.
