This product is not sweet. It tastes exactly like beets. There is a hint of organic lemon juice in it that seems to brighten up the flavor. I love this organic beet juice. I am drinking it to lower my blood pressure.

Q: Can any of you athletes personally attest that this juice increases your endurance during exercise? Pls only those with firsthand knowledge answer!

I can absolutely make this attestation. Competitive 10k runner. Previous best was 48 minutes. Began a regiment of daily beet juice (one hour before runs). Consistently running mid 45's now. Beet juice, Lakewood specifically, was the only change I made. Beets are vaso dialators - there is proven science behind this attestation.
