Zero issues, have had since Christmas. Fast but easy to use. Two of my child's friend got the same one as they loved it too.

Joy turned to sorrow quickly after 2 days of use by my daughter when it started spinning in rapid circles and threw her off. Red light indicator came on and after troubleshooting via the instructions it wouldn't turn off or work again. Free replacement came quickly, however that one was just as faulty and didn't even work for an hour!! THIS IS A BAD PRODUCT! My daughter and husband have both been injured on it because of it's malfunction!!

Updated 12/27/17 - after researching online I found a way to reprogram the hoverboard to get it to work again.1.Power off hoverboard2.Place it on the ground in a level spot.3.Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.4.After 10 seconds let go of the power.5.Turn hoverboard on and try operating.Son used only two times and already it stopped working properly. Only goes in reverse.

Returning today because it will only turn left and won’t actually stop. Left handed circles fast or slow and backing up sometimes but not operating like it’s suppose to. We will exchange and hope for the best. Will update if the next ones is better.

The media could not be loaded. NOTE: First, when I say "dangerous", just go to youtube and look for hoverboard falls.A person can seriously hurt themselves on this, as if slipping on ice. Second, when you get going faster than a casual stroll and not on your flat culdesac terrain, it is a very different experience. Real terrain has imperfections and the smallest bump or difference in elevation can force your foot to apply pressure in a direction you didn't want to go and suddenly you are crashing. Third, this thing can make a 90-degree turn at 1mph to 8mph, which means the faster you are going the more inertia is taking your body a different direction when making a sharp turn. You may fly off and injure yourself badly. Please wear a helmet at least!===============Whenever considering a product purchase, I think the whole package needs to be considered. Everything from availability, price, getting Support help, and even the product over time. My particular experience may not be like others but. . .+ Fun device!+/- The device is very response to the slightest change of angle with your foot. Allows for a lot of rapid change of direction and speed and sharp turns. Also allows for more opportunity to crash hard, because you applied pressure in a way that sent your body going one way with inertia and the hoverboard another.> You MUST check the laws in your state before getting one of these. Found multiple youtube videos where young people were getting ticketed because they are illegal to ride in some areas.-- Mine stopped changing modes after 2hrs of use. Now it's only stuck in fast/normal mode and I cannot get it back into practice mode.> I do and do not like Support. Anytime you call, you will hold for 15min before forced to a voicemail box that tells you don't leave more than one voicemail. It did take them two attempts to get back to me, but they eventually did and were fairly responsive with my open issue.-- Notice that if you have an issue after 2week of purchase (not delivery), then you are required to pay shipping back to the manufacturer for RMA!! Apparently, it's their policy. If still under warranty and you have a second, third or more issue, they will take care of shipping, but not that first time.+ LOVE the color!> Lots of warnings in the manual to not overcharge. So? Build in a overcharge protection! Since there is no direct battery indicator other than the LED on the power supply turning to green. But did it turn green 1min ago or 1hr ago? Did I accidentally overcharge? Not very convenient feature but there is some attempt to let a user know to unplug.> Battery lasted 90min. total before a recharge. Hmmm.+ the 6.5inch tires work fine. These are solid tires. Not ones that will give you a flat.+ You can get a backpack style or duffle bag style carrying case for around $10. Easy to find on Amazon.

Got these at Christmas time and seems great so far. We actually purchased 3, for our sons. For the price it seems great. I've heard that this board is heavier than others, but oh well. Not a big deal

We have returned one because the wheel scrubs the board and returned for a new one. The new one does the same thing. My child has not been able to ride this once. My husband contacted Hoverzon and was told to recalibrate the board which did not help. Due to work schedules, trying to call during off hours this has taken more than 30 Days so we can’t return through Amazon and now we are going back and forth with Hoverzon trying to return under the product warranty. Hope others have had better luck with this product. Very disappointed!

This is for a Christmas gift, so I will have to come back for a performance review, but hoverboard looks nice and well made, great packaging. I bought this particular hover board due to the excellent reviews.
