(20 years of high level I.T. & CCNA licensed) For work I bought this laptop two weeks ago on November 7th 2025 and it is absolutely incredible. Very long story short I had bought an Asus with an Intel i9 built into it however I have no idea what was up but the computer it just kept freezing and the stupid setup took 5 hours because the computer kept freezing and even after setup it's still kept freezing it was a horrible experience. So I returned it and I bought this Lenovo and set up only took me an hour and a half and I was done! The computer is super fast and I couldn't be more happy I'm so happy I made this purchase I highly highly recommend this computer. Thanks Lenovo for having the best quality and user experience and power. From now on I will always resort to Lenovo.

Do not buy from this company. The laptop I received stopped working properly after the 30 day window. My earphones did not connect in Teams, Zoom, or any other video call program. I could only use the microphone or speaker, but not both. The built in microphone started to fade in and out and people on the other end of the call were frustrated because they could not understand what I was saying so I had to continuously repeat myself. A lot of applications stopped loading as well such as Notion and Logi Options +. I restarted my laptop many times and reinstalled windows twice and none of these issues were fixed. This to me is not acceptable as this laptop has issues. The team should either send me a refund or a replacement, but they keep telling me that it is outside the 30 day window so there is nothing they "can" do meaning they don't have to do anything. I personally think this is ridiculous. I get this is outside the 30 day window policy, but they sold me a laptop that is not functioning properly that is out of my control. All I use this laptop for is using Office products like Excel, Word, and PPT, writing e-mails, and surfing the web. I don't use this laptop to play games or any video editing which would require more performance. For some one using this laptop for lighter business use I don't believe that this should cause any issues as this laptop also has 32 gb ram. Overall I would not recommend this seller and if I could I would give zero stars for this seller.

Pros: very light, very fast, good fingerprint recognition, great glide pad, decent connections, good sound , quiet fans and square-ish screen. Cons: battery only lasts only 5-6 hours and takes a long time to charge. Outside is a fingerprint magnet.
