I got this for my partner for Christmas. Buying gold online is always a little frightful - you have to ask if it's real gold or plated, if the quality will be good, etc. All that plus the added "will she like this" makes it a stressful experience. Well, I took the risk and bought this for my partner. I can tell you: She loves it. In fact, she wears it more than any other necklace I've given her. The chain is thin (which she likes), but it's a gorgeous design and it's real gold (as far as we can tell). It's simple, not over the top, and works well with any of her outfits. Overall a great gift (she's been telling me this for now 2-3 months), at a great price.

This is a gift to myself, its delicate and sparkly. That being said, I would be very careful with it, it seems fragile. I am a small boned woman and got the 16 inch size so its up near my collarbone, its not irritating to skin, so can be worn on bare skin. I think its quite lovely and might buy another to gift with. I am glad the knot can move up and down on the chain. I think if you have big hands or are rough on jewelry, this might not be the one to choose. I like 14k yellow gold and treasure my pieces, as this one will now become a favorite. I had not bought from this company before, but good experience in this, so I may buy again.

This necklace exceeded my expectations. I expected a tiny, hollow, and flimsy chain with a mini ball, but this necklace is exactly the opposite. It's 14k gold so this definitely shows on the color and shine. The chain is thin but textured so it doesn't feel flimsy or too delicate for every day wear. It looks beautiful. The 16in chain length is perfect and it looks stunning. The necklace box....what to say here...it's worth diamond packaging. It's little bigger than needed for this necklace but absolutely ok for a gift presentation. It looks expensive and something to keep for a long time. I bought this as a gift and the recipient was thrilled. I definitely reccomend it. Can't beat the price for 14k gold.

The item is beautiful, very delicate, and at a modest cost. I was very confused, because the description only ever says 14k gold, but the cost is low. I want her to have pure gold where possible. It turns out that it is pure gold (not plated), but the chain is somehow hollow, to keep the weight and price down. Gold current spot price is $56/gram, and thus costs $130 for 1.1g. So, there you have it.

I wore this chain and pendant for the first time for New Years! Once I took it of the chain came out of the pendant and am unable to feed the chain through the knot!!!! horrible I do not want a replacement for I would still have this ongoing problem. I do not recommend this product . I'M DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS COMPANY REFUSES TO TAKE BACK THE NON FUNCTIONING PRODUCT!
