Fantastic book. Makes you realise just what can be done with meringue and encourages you to experiment.

A very good book, well illustrated too. Plenty of different types of meringues to make. Look forward to making many of them.

Some of the recipes look really delicious and I can't wait to try some out.

If you like unusual meringue combinations then this is the book to go for. I wasn't overly impressed and have seen better meringue recipes in magazines or online. Give it a try if you want something different.
