I’m not making it less stars because it WORKS, too good in my case.I’m already on berberine, ACV and ketovore and working out…adding in this bad boy lowered my blood sugar TOO much and I was starving. Constant hunger pangs even right after eating.I’ll give them to my husband to enjoy as since I’ve lost 70 lbs with intermittent fasting, berberine, keto cycled on and off with intuitive eating and ACV my insulin resistance is no longer an issue.

I have a sweet tooth. I like to eat sweets and lots of them. I fluctuate about 15lbs from my sugar habit and I’m what society would consider relatively skinny. I have been on Ozempic, phentermene, you name it- and I can still want sugar on those. This makes me NOT WANT IT! I can have an Oreo at my kid’s party and stop at one- never done that before- I need at least a sleeve. How does it work? I don’t know, but I have so much more energy and less bloating. I’m waking up early naturally. I’m actually getting off of the three months of Ozempic from this stuff without putting a bunch of weight back on (because Ozempic makes your feel full). I have tried a number of herbs and supplements over the years to help me with the sugar cravings that seem to sabotage my every attempt to lose weight. It is the most helpful substance I have ever found to help control sugar cravings and hunger. It is working great for my wife too! The price is very reasonable. I feel like I am in control of my diet now and have been losing weight for a change instead of gaining. Do some research and then buy this! It works!

No side effects so far, since taking for a week. I will update stars after 3 months checking my A1C. I do take psyllium husk half an hour before meal and then these supplements I do take berberine and chromium picolante along with it. The goal is to bring my A1C below 5.5 .
