Pretty much echoing what everyone else has said. Cheap, simple to use, works well with my GF1 and G2 cameras.Only two dislikes:1) You can't set the sound to off by default; it has to be done each time you switch the device on.2) It can't wake the camera from sleep; if your time-lapse shooting interval is longer than the camera's power-down time, you need to set power save to off. If you're shooting on intervalometer for more than a couple of hours, use an external power supply like Ex-Pro® Panasonic DMW-AC8 AC Mains Power Supply Adapter, otherwise the camera closes down due to battery drain.(Edit: I've now had the remote for over a year, it's been bashing about in my camera bag without any special care or protection, and it still works fine).(Edit: I've since upgraded to a GX7 and it works with that as well. BUT, do note that the GX7 has an excellent built-in intervalometer and remote control via smartphone, so you might want to try those features before deciding if your need a remote for it at all).

Excellent! Fitted straight into my Panasonic G5 with no hassle (some products need the plug body trimmed down) and worked straight away. It did take a little reading of the leaflet to get the idea of the multi-use controls, but once twigged it is easy to set up and use. My only niggle is that the display icons are a bit tiny for my imperfect eyes.

Bought for an FZ200 at first I thought I do not really need it and was going to send it back. But I thought I would give it a try and took a time lapse yesterday of me doing the grass (cutting, not smoking). It was pretty easy to set up, even for me, although I set it for 10 second gap when 4/5 might have been better, it is just a matter of prectice, the finished 'video' was really good, even if a bit boring. Overall it is a nicely made item, especially for the price, and with practice will be great fun. It also has a proper on/off switch although I take the batteries out of something not in constant use anyway. There are more settings than just the time interval one I used, so there is a lot more that can be done with it than I have attempted. And of course you can use it simply as a remote shutter release.

This is robust-enough and works as it is supposed to but the included instruction sheet is terrible and misleading. In order to set it up, you MUST set a number of images to be taken or set it to "infinite" by making the number display as "--". This is not made clear in the leaflet and it took me several emails from the supplier as well as a couple of hours of my own time to work it all out. Once I got it, it is easy to set up every time, and I mean every time because it has to be re-programmed every time you turn it on, a major shortcoming.Not a rip-off at £20 but not great value either.

This is a superb accessory for my Panasonic FZ200. The instructions do seem a little tricky but once I had a play around I found it very easy to use.This simply plugs into the small remote socket on the camera and provides a number of functions;A self timer which goes up to 99 hoursSet exposures up to 99 hoursAn interval timer from 1 second up to 99 hoursA setting for the number of exposures (1 to 399 shots)I used it with an interval time of 10 minutes and 20 exposures and it did just that.A super gadget which every photographic enthusiast should have.

Considering this remote is nearly half the price of the Panasonic version I am very happy with it. The instructions with it are not that helpful but its pretty simple to work out. I haven't tried all the functions yet but it seems to work well with my G3, I think if your considering buying a Panasonic remote then this should be on your short list.

I wanted to convert my now aging Panasonic FZ Lumix into a time lapse camera for video editing. This timer has given it a new lease of life for small money. It's fairly easy to use, but does lose the last settings you used if switched off. I flicked my camera on to manual focus so don't have to worry about the focal length changing each shot. It works a treat.

I really only wanted a cable release but then noticed that this gave me a bunch of timer functions as well. I've always fancied a go at time-lapse photography and the price was lower than some of the better known brands release-only options. It works perfectly, its easy to program, it seems fairly robust, certainly for the occasional use I'll have for it. For the money I can't fault it.

Now that I learned hows t use it, it works great.However you need to process the results with a video software.

Perfecto para la Lumix FZ200. Tamaño pequeño y ligero, facil de programar para time-lapse.Lo único negativo: Instrucciones insuficientes para neófitos y solo en inglés. Tampoco se encuentra soporte adecuado en su página Web.Transporte y embalado excelente

Si tu cámara no tiene intervalómetro, este es tu gadget. Usado en una Panasonic Lumix FZ200 y va perfecto. Las pilas duran mucho y el interfaz es sencillo per suficiente.No hay instrucciones de uso, pero en internet se pueden encontrar varios tutoriales. La verdad es que no tiene mucho misterio si ya has usado uno previamente.
