Tadpole Tape Cutter 1.5"

Quality Decorating products. As a professional painter and decorator this makes my job so much easier. Works well, fast delivery, fits all sizes of masking tape, product as described, perfect cut edge everytime. I would not be with out this and highly recommend it for a professional or DIY.

These things are awesome, don’t know how I managed all these years without them. Simple design, works brilliant and much easier to handle the tape and don’t need to look for scissors. Best thing don’t need to look for tape end as it stays on cutter from last time you used.

Most useful size is for one inch tape but the medium cutter can also handle a narrower tape. I have at least 4/5 styles of tape dispenser/cutters. All of the others for tape of less than two inches will not take a full roll of painters or masking tape. The rubber band fixings on these cutters allow any thickness of roll to be used. For the 2" packing and gaffer tape I just find these more convenient than metal or plastic dispensers and cutters. They take up the least space on a roll and the end of the tape is easier to find. I will not reveal how many dispensers I already had/have before discovering this product but suffice to say I have bought and am using 3 packs and desperately trying to find children and grandchildren who will take the old styles I have used.

Works very well as a decorator it is being used a lot, would have given it 5 stars if the lugs on the front were just a little bit bigger to keep tape inline, nothing major would not buy because of that just think it would make it perfect

Does the job and good pricing.

Good product initially. Bit fiddly to get the elastic into the clamp area. Used on about 3 rolls of parcel tape and working ok. The issue I have found is the elastic has split and is fraying. As this is the only thing keeping it attached to the tape. I can’t see it lasting much longer.ProsEasy to use and cut the tape.ConsElastic split within 3 months and eventually will snap all together and loosen off the tape.

How have I not found these before, so so so easy to use, I don't know how I managed without them and can't wait to have the ease of these at Christmas.

I tape lots of boxes. I hate tape guns. This is the device I’ve been looking for all these years. Don’t let the price tag put you off, it’s worth the investment to never have to find the end of a price of tape again. Top effort whoever made this.
