This is the first time owning a retainer cleaner and surprised how good it works. You can see the junk floating away from your retainer in seconds after turning the device on. After 5 mins the retainer look shiny new. If you have a retainer or invisalign you must have one of these! This is fantastic. It's small and easy to use and has a short cleaning cycle. Most importantly, it works. I bought this because I was worried that using a toothbrush and toothpaste would scratch the retainers or not clean them as well. It doesn't wear down the retainers and leaves them shiny and clean! Very practical and convenient! I purchased it as a gift and we love it. It is a perfect traveling size. Compact and it does clean the invisiline. We just got it so we are not sure about the durability, but it does look good quality, strong and well made. It takes either a 10 or 20 min cleaning for a more deep clean. It does require water of course. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. It is rechargeable so it doesn't have to be pugged in all the time. Minimum amount of noise.

It seems to do what it is supposed to do and cleaned a dental appliance well. The design is simple and portable. UPDATE: died within 2-3 months. Expensive garbage. UPDATE 2: the company's service department responded immediately and sent a new device which is working great
