These work! They will not stick to natural skin oil so ensure that you wash or wet wipe the area first and thoroughly dry, I place mine to the side of my ribs and it will stay on all through the day and even in the shower, no need for tape like other reviews. Do not recommend sleeping with one on, strange dreams!

I've smoked for 30yrs and have tried lots of ways to stop without success. For this latest attempt I figured I'd try patches because they're the one thing I've never used. I opted for this pack because it's the biggest I could find and because the nicotine content is 21mg which is essentially the same amount as is absorbed by the body from a full pack of 20 cigarettes . I read the reviews on here before making the purchase and noted the comments about them being not very sticky. I then bought a pack of sticky bandages, because I had a cunning plan... My patches arrived and, after smoking my last cigarette, I stuck a patch on. I shaved a small area at the top of my arm and stuck my first patch on... it fell off 20 minutes later. I stuck the same patch back on but this time I wrapped the sticky bandage around it to keep it in place, I then got down to the serious business of regretting buying patches as I missed cigarettes instantly! The following day I moved my patch to the top of my forearm as I hadn't got on very well with the patch on the top of my arm. Sadly this wasn't ideal either as I used my dominant arm which, obviously, is used more than the weaker one and so, on the third day, the patch was shifted to my left arm, only this time I opted for an area just above the wrist, and that's what has worked since. I now routinely apply the patch and then instantly wrap the stretchy bandage over it to keep it in place. I've had no issues since. The patch stays in situ and the bandage ensures it doesn't fall off when the muscles in my arm move. I've not found it too difficult so far and am hopeful that the 17th time is the charm... there are cravings, obviously, but I've found that I miss the process of smoking more than the actual act. My body is getting the nicotine it wants but I miss the routine of going outside and doing the things I usually do (did) - that part is an easy fix and so now, when the mood strikes me, I take myself outside and stare aimlessly at my phone for around 7 minutes or so, and that tricks my brain into thinking that there's nothing wrong. I'm writing this on day six, so it's very early days yet, but I'm confident of success and have no intention of going back. The program is designed to ween us off of Nicotine over 10 weeks, it sounds like a long time but it's really not. I'd love to say that I'll save the money I would have spent so I can buy myself something awesome after ten weeks, but I'm married, with two children, and I'll be lucky if I get a Chinese takeaway out of this deal, but I might not die as quickly, possibly, so that's nice. ***UPDATE*** I can't remember when I wrote the original review but my wife tells me it's now 11wks since I last smoked... Blimey. Basically I used the first box as directed. I bought the second box but as I was forgetting to change the patch by up to 24hrs I decided to see if I needed them, and I didn't! No cravings, no nothing, just hundreds of pounds per month better off! The patches are mega!

Waited a few months to do this review to see if this actually helps, as I want smokers to have an honest review. I’ve been smoking since I was 14 (cigarettes then switched to vapes), so there’s no doubt my addiction to nicotine is prevalent. If anything, vaping made it worse. I decided that I wanted to stop this year, and the patches made it SO much easier to kick the habit. BUT, the lower the nicotine dose, the harder it gets. These patches (the highest nicotine dose) made it really easy to stop, but the last step of patches (think it’s 7mg) was REALLY difficult for me. The cravings started consuming me, and it was up to my willpower and determination to push through. I’m now a week and a bit without any patches, and it’s really challenging. I haven’t touched a cigarette or vape - which I’m so proud of myself for - but all I can say is: if you’re not determined or ready to stop, the lower the dose , the harder it gets. These really help to stop the act of smoking, but at the end of the day, you need to kick the habit and addiction on your own.

Brilliant product excellent price would recommend

The product helped me reduce my smoking to some extent, but unfortunately it wasn’t fully effective, it was easy to use and it was sticking properly. I can say it helped me sleep better.

I was smoking 20 plus a day and tried various ways to quit smoking in the past, After reading reviews saying this was a good product to help you stop smoking I was a bit skeptical but after reading reviews saying this does work I thought id give it a go. Please note that these patches do work and you will also need will power too help you too I did on occasion felt the urge to smoke but kept myself occupied and the urge was gone. A lot of people said these patches do not stick and come off your arm but the best place to put these patches on is on the inside of your arm and they stay on I only had one patch that come loose and dried up cos I placed the patch where I have a lot of hair on my arm rather on the inside where I have hardly any hair. You can sleep with these patches on they did help me by not having morning urges for a smoke the only downside I found by doing this was it took me forever to fall asleep and my sleeping pattern was all over the place id wake up in the middle of the night & couldn't go back to sleep this was the hardest part especially as I have to get up early for work, Also you do tend to have some weird dreams or think of things you wouldn't normally do lol you will also start to have headaches as your body starts to change after day 6 I removed my patch at bedtime as I really need to have a good night sleep and slept like a baby the following morning the first thing I did was put a new patch on as did not want to be tempted to buy a pack of ciggrettes and let all the hard work go down the drain the first few days are really hard but you will get used to it. As I write this review I am on day 8 and I have never felt better health wise I have found to have regained my sense of taste and smell and my morning breathe has improved so much it was really bad before. I would recommend this product but you will also need to use your will power too.
