Honestly, this is not the most fun thing to talk about, but when suffering from hemorrhoid discomfort, you need something that works and works quickly. Preparation H does just that. It came with a little nosel to screw on the end for easy use. It's always weird talk about why this cream would be needed, but it get the jobs done & quickly ends swelling after a few hours.
