I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and evenly the Coco & Eve Express Tanning Mousse worked. Within just an hour, I had a gorgeous, natural-looking deep tan that looked like I'd just come back from a beach holiday. The mousse glides on smoothly, smells lovely (no weird fake tan smell), and dries fast without feeling sticky. What I love most is how moisturizing it is – my skin felt soft and hydrated thanks to the hyaluronic acid and coconut extract. And true to its promise, it was completely streak-free. No patches, no orange tones, just a rich, flawless tan. The results developed beautifully over a few hours, and it faded evenly over the week without going patchy. I’ve used a lot of tanning products in the past, but this one really stands out for ease of use, scent, and finish. Will definitely be buying again!

Excellent tanner. I have used many over the years and this is the best in my opinion. The colour is really natural and easy to apply. I left it on for about 3 hours before I washed it off - I believe you can wash it off in as little as an hour but it was more convenient for me to wait. 7 days have passed since I used it and I am still good and brown. There is always a back smell while these are developing, but its actual fragrance is pleasant and it masks this quite well. The sticky feel is the same as most others but that seems to disperse more quickly.

Pump was broken and this was so sticky I’ll never use it again

I have a love hate relationship with this fake tan.. I’ve tried a lot of fake tans, and honestly, this one only looks good when I already have a natural base tan. Without that, they just don’t give the depth or richness I’m after. I won’t be buying it again for the winter months unless they start making darker shades. That said, one thing I really love about this product is that it doesn’t transfer at all—no orange marks on clothes or bedding, which is a huge win. It smells nice and doesn't go patchy throughout the week. Fantastic formula, just wish it was darker!

Used this for my wedding and absolutely loved it! The colour was flawless ; natural, even, and lasted 5–7 days. No strong smell, just a slight stickiness at first, but it settled quickly. I applied two layers for a deeper glow and it looked amazing in photos. Couldn’t have asked for a better tan for my big day!

Beautiful colour, no orange! The tan develops quickly and then continues to develop over the rest of the day. No horrible tan smell during or afterwards. The only downside is it is a bit sticky post application. Other than that it has been the best tan I have used. I will continue using this tan in the future! Highly recommend!

I like a lot of the cocoa and eve products especially their self tanning foam this is another great product that gives you a quick bronze immediately - bit of color transfer on the inside of my clothes but nothing bad and it didn’t get anywhere else - it does wash off when you take a shower. I use this if I want a quick cosmetic tan and it’s a beautiful beautiful color if you want to look tan right away!

Application: Applied with a mit and it went on so smooth! Probably one of the easiest that I have worked with. It blended seamlessly and quickly. I didn't have to work hard to get it to blend. I felt like it didn't dry down very fast, but I use baby powder to combat that. Scent: Smells so good when applying! I had a slight "self-tan" smell on day one, but did not notice the smell after that day! My trick is to use Head and Shoulders Shampoo to combat the smell. Don't ask me why, but it works! Development: The bottle says it can be washed off within an hour, but I washed it off after 4 hours (and washed my hands after 2 hours). The tan continued to develop over the next 24 hours into a nice medium-to-dark tan. It's not the darkest tan that I have had, but I really liked the color. It did turn my knuckles orange BUT I currently have dry hands/knuckles and that was completely user error. Beyond that, it developed very nice and smooth. No streaks! Longevity: Currently on day 5. It's not showing any signs of "cracking" or splotchyness. I do moisturize almost every day and have a pre-tan skin prep that I religiously follow, which helps with longevity, but so far it's not fading yet. If a tan lasts at least 5 days, it's good in my book. *Editing to add that by day 7 it faded very well. It was so easy to scrub off in the shower, which I appreciate as someone who self tan weekly. Other Comments: The bottle is smaller than other tanners that I have purchased but it's the same price, if not more expensive, than the bigger bottles. However, I feel like I didn't have to use as much so this bottle could last me awhile! I appreciate an express tan as a new mom. I don't have a ton of time to sit and marinate in a self tanner. Being able to apply this and wash it off quickly is a game changer. Remember, the tan may not look like much at first but it will continue to develop! Would I buy again? Yes! Would I recommend to someone with dry skin? Yes! (With the proper skin prep of course)
