It's a binder
Being careful not to give medical advice, but I had been given 4 drastic options to fix a medical issue. After doing a boatload of research I learned that I didn't need to remove the problem, I needed to fix what was causing the problem. I opted to try bentonite - it needed to be made in America and be pure food grade (volcanic ash) Shockingly, the problem has been rectified and my own immune system is back on track to fight the toxins it encounters everyday "o) Happy dance! These are capsules that don't upset my stomach. They did what I needed them to do. Will continue to purchase this brand when I need a toxin binder. And I am NOT one for weird things. I am glad I went with this brand of bentonite - food grade and too easy.

Side effects?
I wanted to give this detox a try after hearing good things about bentonite. I started taking as directed, 2 tablets twice a day. On day 2 I noticed feeling fatigued, didn’t think it was related to the detox cleanse. I kept taking the detox for 7 days and I was just feeling worse and worse. Super fatigued, headaches, insomnia, crazy dreams. Weirdly enough I stopped taking them and I can just feel an incredibly noticeable difference. I felt good. So I have no idea why I was reacting this way to the detox. I know people say the body was cleansing and detoxifying so you get side effects to show it’s actually working but I think the side effects were to much for me especially being a mom of 4, it really knocked me down. I’ll probably give this one more try.

Works
When l read we all carry old feces 17 to 50 lbs that are on the walls of your intestines that hss been there for years n may have parasites and would kill them, l thought gross n ordered it right away. I take one in the nihht before bed and one late morning. Works super. Just drink lots of water..saw says take for 2 months only.I love it as l am into health.

helps with constipation
I have severe constipation......it didn't work at first. but after three days it kicked in. hope it continues to work........
