It is hard to find organic vanilla wafers. That being said, these have something called natural flavor in them. MSG is a natural flavor. When I was doing a lot of research I 2012 about toxic things being added to our food, I found out that there is a board of directors for Whole food. And some of the members on this board work for Monsanto. If you don't know what Monsanto is, they are the people spraying the chemical version of Roundup on our wheat to try it out quicker to get it to the people in America quicker. There is a high correlation between the increase of gluten allergies and leaky gut syndrome and other stomach problems with them spraying Roundup on grains to cut cost and produce more in a shorter time. Got to love greedy corporations with endless money to spend on attorneys and no regard for people not in their circle.

If you, like I once was, are looking for quality wafers at a reasonable price, then check out the Organic Vanilla Wafers from Whole Foods Market. I tried these wafers and was pleasantly surprised by their taste. They have a rich vanilla aroma and are not overly sweet, making these two factors blend perfectly together. No matter how many times I buy them, they always arrive with a crispy texture that isn't too brittle or crumbly. When bitten, they don't break into a thousand pieces, although due to their small size, it’s easiest to pop a wafer into your mouth whole. Since my first encounter, we have remained inseparable: I constantly buy these wafers, adding them to desserts, pastries, or wafer cakes. But, to be honest, I often just enjoy them with milk. Yes, the price for 9 ounces isn't the most economical, but after all, this is a quality organic product, and unfortunately, it can't be cheap under current conditions. My conclusion: an excellent product, especially for those looking for an alternative to traditional cookies.

Good cookies. I'm partial to oatmeal raisin, so I'm biased, but the flavor is really pretty good. Raisins, b A bit pricey considering it's bite sized,and the scarcity of raisins, but neither shortcoming has kept me from buying again and again. They're a Whole Foods product, so this "organic " thing is stuck on the box. Anyway, I have continued to purchase. And eat.

I use this to make some really delicious banana pudding. The cookies are very fresh and there are a good amount of cookies so it’s definitely worth the money. The cookies are crunchy when you first opened the bag, but if you do not put them in an airtight bag, they will be stale the next day. Watch my video for a size reference.

Overall, I like these due to them being healthier than the original brand. However, the taste could use some improvement as well as the texture because they crumble easily. I would suggest getting in a room with good taste testers and comparing them to the original. I would not sit there and eat these plain like I do the original brand but they work well enough in a banana pudding.

Tastes good and was not stale. It was enough for a recipe for banana pudding.

I was disappointed! Purchased to make banana pudding! I had come delightful bananas, to pair with homemade butterscotch pudding (I don't use banana pudding). Opened the box of cookies and sampled one. Yuck, for the lack of a better word. The cookie was soft, no crunch. Taste was something unrecognizable. I spit the cookie out. Now, now sure why the cookie was packaged this way, I decided to purchase another box. Same results! Maybe a bad batch or recipe change. I ended up making homemade cookies. I really wanted my pudding. Plus others were looking forward to my dessert. Your experience may be different from mine!
