This fountain is pretty and was fairly easy to install. The fountain stream is not as strong as I've had on other fountain attachments in my pool, and thus my reason for just 4 stars in stead of 5. But overall I'm pleased with the purchase, and it was a good price for what I got.

This product works as described and fit directly in my return port for my in-ground pool. The flow is adjustable via a turn ring on it and overall it's pretty solidly built. The only issue I have is that I have several return ports on my pool and unless I kick the pump way up, this guy only produces about 10" of "fountain" and that's it. (Not really a product issue....)

Jed had the adaptors to me within a week of my e-mail. Used them, got both fountains connected and my pool (located in Dallas with MULTIPLE days of 100+ degrees this year) went from bath water to refreshing within 48 hrs. Love these fountains. It would have been a much less enjoyable pool season without them.

Wanted to clarify a few things that I didn't see in reviews or questions and wanted to know.First, it works pretty well. My pump is running in eco-mode at 1700 RPM's and the water is shooting up about 3.5 feet. The water comes out at a diameter of more than 1/16", pretty thick bands of water (more than I expected). So it will likely turn over a good amount of water in a relatively short amount of time. In a big pool, you might want 2 of these if you wanted to cool down the water. When I turned up the RPM's to 3400, it sprayed around 15' high, a ridiculous amount of water. So I think that even smaller pumps will still give you some fountain affect.Second, it has a swivel under the water, so you can angle the direction of the fountain away from the edge of the pool in order to keep water from landing outside the pool. The pictures I looked at all showed the water shooting straight up and out in the middle of the pool, which is not what will happen. The fountain head will be about 6" from the edge if you point it straight up. If you swivel it, you can get it to point about 30 degrees from straight up, plenty to get the water shooting away from the edge.Third, it's paintable. Definitely want to use a good primer first, then paint. I haven't done it yet but plan on it. For the holes, you could either just leave that part white, or use kabob sticks to plug the holes while you paint so that you don't clog the holes.Fourth, if for whatever reason your return is too deep, I'm fairly sure you could extend the length of the fountain using some couplers and a piece of PVC. I think you could make something work by just taking it to the hardware store and messing with some couplers, etc.Overall, I'm happy with it.

Works great was easy to install and grandkids love the fountain especially when it's on full force and the water goes about 20'feet in the air.

I was a bit skeptical about ordering this as it looked a big flimsy and was worried about the adjustment features cuz I couldnt see one of the settings in the photo but went ahead and ordered and WOW I was not disappointed on this one! Height and angle adjustments work great and love the reroute feature where I can turn it off and have water direct into pool instead of fountain. The angle adjustment is actually a swivel ball mount that cant really be seen in the photo - but it works great. And plenty of flow (or no flow) up top. Nice and sturdy and well built too.

Exactly what the manufacturer promises but not as much as the reviews promise. Was hoping for more temp reduction. Our pool holds 12.5k gallons, small. Direct sun all day. Temp was maintained but not reduced. Ordering another to see if I can get the temp down.
