This is my first Robot mop/cleaner after talking myself out of needing one for a couple of years. Now I have 4 cats and work long shifts keeping on top of cleaning every day had become a real chore. So I took the plunge, and decided the money was worth it for giving my more quality down time and not having the stress of daily cleaning on top of other life tasks! Yes it was not cheap, but now it has been my best friend for almost a month I can honestly say it was money well spent. My house is multi level with a mixture of solid wood, laminate, tiled and carpeted floors. The Roborock Qrevo Curv S5X tackles them all well. The app is easy to use and has lots of different features from full to zone cleaning, deep clean, vacuum then mop, clean twice, scheduled cleans etc. I like the fact it mops with hot water unlike other robots and I can set the water saturation for different hard floor types. The other benefits is that my son has finally stopped trailing his charger wires on the floor in his room as the Robot gets the brushes tangled in them. The only issue I had (which was very frustrating) was when I was first trying to pair it with my WiFi router, it just was not connecting. I tried the usual restarting everything but it still would not pair. As a last resort I turned off the VPN on my mobile while it connected to the router and that fixed it. Even my cats don't mind it now and no longer try to fight it so I can set it off cleaning unsupervised.

Coming from a roomba and a neato, this is way better. So far it never got stuck into a light rug and hasn't destroyed charging cables as the roomba did a number of times. Suction is powerful and surprisingly quiet. Mopping is good. The vacuum detects correctly carpet/rugs and hard floors and doesn't try to mop where it shouldn't. Three months into it, I can say it is money well spent. The app could be better.

Amazing product. The technology involved is fantastic and the app is incredibly user friendly. The ease I had mapping the levels in my house and then starting cleans was excellent. Just as importantly the quality of the cleaning is excellent too. I’m not sure it will fully replace a really deep clean but the results have been impressive so far

Fairly good product at Sale price. Wouldn't have paid full price for it. Generally pretty efficient. Not always accurate at mapping and can avoid getting too close to skirting boards, leaving an uncleaned gap. It's also unable to open doors yet :-D (Maybe one day). Better than expected.

I hardly ever bother leaving reviews, but this Robo Hoover has earned its moment in the spotlight. Genuinely, the house has never been cleaner. My other half hasn’t touched a Hoover in about two weeks—frankly, I’m starting to wonder if she even remembers where we keep it! The machine is absolutely phenomenal. The app is solid as a rock and ridiculously simple to use. It cleans itself, it tells you when the fresh water needs topping up or the dirty tank needs emptying, and scheduling it is about as hard as making a cup of tea. The floors have never looked better, and I honestly don’t know how we managed without it before. It’s gone from “nice gadget” to “fully-fledged member of the household” in record time. If you’re on the fence, consider this your sign—just get one. It’s a game-changer.

Worked great until the Lidar stopped working (when this goes it stops). This first happened when we were on holiday so it was not knocked or abused (no one was home). The reason for the one star is the support, it's taken weeks to get to the understanding it needs to be sent in for repair but postage label takes 5 working days to create. Then I asked do they need the whole robot and base or just the robot and their response was I will be told this when they have arranged the postage. So based on my experience and the timelines support have given me expect to be without the robot for at least 4 weeks if it breaks. In my opinion this is to long which is why I have given it 1 star. If it ends up being less than this I will update my review but for now I think people should be aware of this before buying as I would avoid them if I knew. It's a shame as when it works it was great / amazing.

What a wonderful creation. Easy to setup and it works well. Mopping and vacuuming. I was sceptical, especially about spending so much but these things really do work. Its also really quiet compared with a standard vacuum. So it con wonderful round the house at 6am n you hardly hear it. You can happily watch tv while lifting up ye feet to let it pass by. Starts off by mapping out your house. You allocate the rooms n floor types. Then tell it what u want to do in each room. Off it pops. Cats aren't even bothered by it.

Absolutely fabulous - it has made my life so much easier.
