The repellent smells good. I bought after a bat came into my back porch. I am using it to repel haven’t seen the bat anymore. Will continue to use in attic and porch just in case.

Doesn't keep the bat away

Had bats relocate under a shutter. Removed bats, cleaned shutter and sprayed under, and after put on again, on top. No more bats.

Who would have THUNK it? This stuff was amazing. It actually smells good. It worked the first night I sprayed the stucco on my patio where a bat had taken up residency. This was my first experience with a bat. I had my doubts at first but was truly surprised at the results.

Formula seems to work but the spray bottle leaks terribly.

We have had an ongoing bat problem. While the bats were away, we washed the area well and let it dry. When dry, we sprayed the area well per directions. The next morning , there were no bats and absolutely no guano accumulation. None! However, after two days the bats were back, so I guess the effects are not long lasting. We reapply to keep the bats away.

Didn't work for us. Droppings still present after spray applications outdoors in covered area.

Works great but be sure you research what time of day to spray to be successful!
