Q: How does spray work on balloons outside in the heat and sun?

Balloons sustain their shape under shade. And should be kept away from the heat of the sun. The sprays usually just give the balloons a shine. If your balloons are under the sun, then one thing for example that might help is you can use a bigger size balloon like a 16” and only make it 11” because then the balloon would have a thicker latex layer that would take longer to pop in the heat. But it is no guarantee that they won’t pop because the sun can be really damaging.

Try a warm soapy water using Dawn dish detergent with the Duck on the bottle. Scrub using a soft bristle brush. Rinse well when done. Repeat twice if it doesn't come out. If not. You may want to contact a paving company for advice. Good luck.

(Spot test first)Hand sanitizer and use a soft cloth for hard surfaces and maybe use a soft brush with carpet then dab it up with cotton cloth. In the future shimmy and lay or tape down the plastic Dollar Tree tablecloths to your floor before applying any type of balloon shine to protect your floor. Then throw the tablecloth away when done.
