This taste really good. This tastes a lot like a green jolly rancher. It mixes well with either just swirling at the bottom of my cup or using my coffee frother. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes to start feeling the tingling in my ears and fingers and it does help me get through a work out. Of all the flavors I will continue to buy this one.
