Forbo Residential Marmoleum Linoleum Floor Finish - Quart by Forbo Flooring Systems

This product was recommended when my marmoleum flooring was installed a decade ago. It serves it intended purpose, leaving my older flooring looking refreshed and protected.

I used this product to clean my Marmoleum-brand flooring, and it worked just as described.Two disappointments, though: first, the length of time it took to deliver this item was frustrating. I wish I had canceled the order before delivery, because (second) I found the same sized product at a local Marmoleum installer for half the price.

This product is so superior to the widely-used $12-and-under brands that I previously tried on my floor. One coat provides a lovely, soft luster that (in my opinion) is more attractive than a high-shine finish. And it's quite durable and resilient. A week after waxing, my husband moved a large piece of furniture that left some scuff marks. I was able to use a large eraser to easily rub them out. Highly recommend.

It works very well if you follow the instructions and use the Forbo cleaner AND rinse and let dry prior to applying the Finish. And the Finish is quite long-lasting as well.

I used it to shine up a marmoleum (green flooring) floor. Worked great; low odor!

I bought this finish for my new linoleum floors because this was recommended by the manufacturer of the flooring. I am new to having floors that require sealants, so it may just be my technique, but this product left streaks all over the floor, and even weeks after application, it still feels feels tacky to walk on and leaves smudges and little paw prints where my pets roam. It was also quite expensive. Next time I will take my chances and try a different product.

I like the sheen that this product gives the floor. Important to clean thoroughly first and then it usually takes a couple of coats to give a good finish. I use it about twice a year.
