I bought these to use in my salsas but grind them and add to many of my dishes of different cuisines. Great flavor. I usually mix with a little arbol from the same brand to give it a kick. Those are fantastic as a well but potent, lol. Quality is excellent, you won’t forget. Love the resealable Kraft bags too.

My local stores were sold out of these during tamale season. They worked very well and I was impressed with the quality! Spicy if you leave all the seeds in, I only kept 1/2 of the seeds to make my red sauce.

They are fresh, not old, they look clean and have taste as they should. I will buy them again.

Delicious and still soft ancho chilies. These are the best ones available on Amazon. The pepper is dried, but not entirely crispy where it falls apart when you handle it. Good value.
