DeltonProducts Owls Children's Tea Set with Basket

My 2 ½ year old granddaughter loves it, I have purchased different tea sets from you, and this is one of her favorites; notwithstanding the fact that when one of the teacups dropped; the handle shattered. Children drop things, This necessitated me buying one made out of plastic. You made the child's day with this one, but she plays with all of them. Jimmy

The print, sturdiness, and presentation was perfect for my 6yo's birthday present. She loves tea parties and uses this set a lot. It doest take much to clean it if we decide to use real tea. I don't use super hot tea in it but it handles the warm tea just fine. Great size for a 6yo tea party, long enough to have fun, short enough that she doesn't get bored of it.

The design on this teaset is exactly as pictured. It is beautiful! I am very happy that the design fits well onto the pieces instead of being stretched around the roundest part of the teapot, as some of the teasets I've received have been. It is incredibly cute and will make my daughter so happy. I am very happy to be giving this gift for Christmas in a couple weeks! The teaset is quite small, but I think that won't matter one bit for a little girl playing tea party, even with real beverage, because the beauty factor outweighs the small factor. While the teaset is exactly as pictured, the carrycase basket is not. Instead of being this pink and white tightly woven material as pictured, it was a rather ugly plain white plastic woven basket with gaudy gold clasps and handles. The material is a very thick plastic like those very cheap Easter baskets you can purchase. The carry case doesn't fit together very well, either, and the hinge on the back is rather weak; I don't expect that to last very long. The inside has the pictured pink and white plaid pattern, and it is covering styrofoam cutouts so the pieces can fit into them nicely and not get broken during transport. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the plastic carry case was contained in another beautiful box that had cute pink roses all over it. It will make this much nicer to wrap and give as a gift, because the plastic carry case is not that appealing by itself. For a 6-year-old girl not knowing the difference of what is pictured here, I think this will make a Christmas dream come true. (All she asked for was a teaset she could carry around in a case.)

This set is part of a collection I have started for my 3-year-old granddaughter. I will continue to look at Delton products for the next 15 years as I will be giving her a set each birthday till she turns 18. Love the set!

My Granddaughter just turned 5, and wanted a "real" tea pot and cup. Her happydance looked like Snoopy in the old Charlie Brown cartoons. Best of all, two weeks later she still hasn't broken it!

Love this adorable little tea set! My 10 year old daughter wanted a porcelain tea set very badly- I let her scroll through the ones available on Amazon. She chose this cute little set because it comes with a case, and it is adorned with cute little owls, a detail she adores. When the tea set arrived, it did not disappoint! Each piece fits into the case neatly and nicely, and the tea set itself is of a nice quality. I hate ordering things, only for them to arrive and they're of a far less quality than i was expecting. That is not the case here. This tea set will not disappoint.

I got this for my 3 year old niece for Christmas. She lives owl and having tea parties, so it was a win-win...until she tried to pour the "tea". The lids are smooth around the inside, rather than having the extra little lip outcropping that keeps the lid on when you pour. It's a shame I didn't notice it before because I would have purchased a more functional set. Right now, the lid slips off and falls into the tea cup, either dumping the cup, chipping the lid, or just being frustrating to use. We were able to use a rubberband and keep the lid on, so I still consider this a really cute gift for niece--I'll buy her a nicer tea set when she's a bit older.

I bought this for my granddaughter. It is just as described. It is just perfect for her to have a tea party with her mom or dad. I love the little basket it comes in so she can take it to my house so we can have a tea party when she visits.
