Not just for babies. Excellent product
I have a slightly different use case. I don’t have a kid but a 72 year old sister with dementia who lives in my house. When I go out for longer than a couple hrs I can let her caregiver know and she will open up the app and check in on her so I can have some time off. I have other cameras as well but this one is excellent. My caregiver, from her home, opens the app and can monitor my sis and run over if there is a problem. Heck, even a sibling back east can log in and check in on her. I had no problem setting it up. The app is easy to use (though baby-centric but that’s ok), and the quality of the pic is excellent. You can pan/tilt the camera as well so I have great vision of the house and her usual sitting places. I’ve just ordered another camera for a different part of the house. I can see this camera being used to check on a parent, a new puppy, etc. My only critique is that I couldn’t find anywhere if there is a size limit for the memory card. If you want to pay back video you have to have a memory card inserted in to the camera. Else it’s just real time. The app works on iPhone and iPad. The monitor that comes with it is also excellent. And the night vision, like other reviews, is excellent. I’m super impressed. Highly recommend this product.

Love this baby monitor
This is a great baby monitor! The ability to not only have the actual screen monitor but have it on your phone too is amazing! The screen has a long battery life which is amazing it doesn’t have to be plugged in all the time. You are able to zoom in and out to see better. It has sound notifications but you can also hear very clearly off of the screen or your phone. Super functional easy to use. Great value for your money definitely recommend worth the price.

Works for us!!
The quality of this camera is so good! I wanted something that I could access from work, but didn’t want to have to give someone else the login if they were watching him. We were recommended the Nanit a lot, but ultimately skipped out because it didn’t have a separate monitor. A bit pricey, but so worth it! The mic function is VERY clear compared to other monitors I’ve used while babysitting kiddos. The functions of the camera work really well. Night vision doesn’t degrade the quality whatsoever. Temperature and motion detection sensitivity can be adjusted easily in the app.

Love this monitor — super convenient and reliable!
The Momcozy Smart Baby Monitor has been amazing! I love that it can be used offline or through the app — I can check in on my baby even when he’s with a babysitter, which gives me so much peace of mind. The fact that I can use my tablet instead of just my phone is a huge plus. The built-in lullabies and white noise are great for soothing him, and the two-way talk feature makes it easy to comfort him without rushing to the nursery. Definitely worth it for parents who want flexibility and solid quality!

Camera is great. The App is horrible.
Great monitor, but glitchy at times and the app is HORRIBLE. I don't need to log a diaper change when my baby cries or get ad notifications. I simply want to be able to view the monitor and check on them! It should automatically open the camera view when I open the app. The motion detection doesn't work at night. Barely works during the day. Also I've noticed that I have to unplug and replug the camera every now and then to reset it because the temperature and time will start being off on the physical monitor.

Great Baby Camera, But Missing Critical Feature
We really loved this baby camera — the video quality is excellent, the night vision works great, and the overall design and features are thoughtfully made for parents. The only reason we returned it was the lack of motion alerts. For a baby monitor, this is a crucial feature. As new parents, we rely on those alerts for peace of mind when we’re not actively watching the screen. It’s surprising that this camera doesn’t offer motion notifications, especially since many of the brand’s other models do. It seems like a software limitation that could easily be resolved. I even reached out to their customer care team to ask if motion alerts might be added in a future update, but they said they didn’t know. Considering other users have shared similar feedback, I really hope the company takes this seriously and considers implementing it. If it had motion alerts, we would’ve absolutely kept it. Unfortunately, without that functionality, it just didn’t meet our needs.

Good camera
Great camera for nursery! Everything works great and good brightness compared to others I’ve used.

Reliable, but could use some work!
Excellent option that’s mid-range in terms of cost. Great sound quality and easy to set up. The camera is awesome— you can zoom in to see your bub breathing and the thing can practically rotate like an owl! So we can pan across the whole room. It’s very reliable so far! Considerations: We mainly use the physical monitor VS the app. On the app, it kicked us off the live view a few times and we would have to disturb the sleeping baby to re-pair our phones. It was just a hassle so we stopped trying. One recommendation for the company is to dim the light that comes on when the monitor is on the charger cord. You could just put a piece of electrical tape over it though. It literally lights up the whole room! Also— I wish the monitor also could go more dim and the sound alerts could be more selective? A truck will go by several hundred feet away and it triggers the monitor to go on at night even when the baby is sound asleep.
