The clock has stopped working and gift the wrong time ;either ahead or behind regardless if it is fix.

Works great and I would buy it again. One small note - you MUST set the 2 hands to 12 o'clock before adjusting the actual time of day. The instructions don't really mention this, but they do show a picture of this at the bottom of the carton. This adjustment is important.

Minute hand fit was loose.

these clock hands were exactly what we needed to repair our clock -

Plastic was open and small minute nut is missing. Update: replacement arrived with all the parts. Was easy to install and my clock works great now.

I bought these hands to fit a 24” clock I made. The size is perfect and the instructions were clear, but the arms are very thin and flimsy, which means it’s hard to get them installed correctly. I’ve reinstalled them three times now and there seems to be an issue each time. I find the clock has either stopped or the hour hand is lagging or something. I’ve reinstalled clock hands before with no problem, so this has been frustrating.Also, if you’re looking for a mechanism that doesn’t tick, this is not the set for you. I know the reviews were mixed on this - some said it ticked, some said it was silent. I have sensitive hearing and the tick is there, although it is quieter than others.

Happy with the product, not happy with the fact that it did not come in the packaging shown (came in a plain triangular card board box) and did not have instructions

Hands were almost identical to the ones being replaced. A friend fitted the kit for me and said it was very easy to do. The clock keeps time well.The only thing is that I didn’t realise there wasn’t a pendulum option included which is a pity, but at least we’ve fixed the click.

Haven't used yet bigger than thought

Bought for an old favourite clock. A bit fiddley to install, but that's to be expected. The clock now works perfect.
