Are they made in China?

Our two dogs didn't like them, so we tossed them. I'm not totally sure, but I don't think they were manufactured in China.

Are these appropriate for small Yorkie puppy?

yes . I used for a 6 month old puppy . They are more like a milk bone type snack than a longer lasting chew bone
