Perfect for frozen obsessed toddler.
Ordered the 4T for my tall 3yo and it’s still pretty short so definitely will have to wear with some bottoms underneath but she loves it and it’s so cute. Just be aware that it is pretty short so I’d size up.

Adorable dress
This dress fits well and my 4 year old granddaughter loves it. In fact she put it on as soon as she got it and insisted she sleep in it she loved it so much. It’s made well and I like that the top is made with comfortable material. She is 33 pounds and I got a 4T and it fits perfectly.
