I bought two different styles of fans when I was flying with my two pugs in August. This model won for the versatility of battery and positioning. When the plane takes off and lands you must unplug any power cords, so having a battery option is important because those seem to be the most stressful/hot times. The USB option is a great backup option to save battery life. I used one set of batteries for two flights from Seattle to KC and the battery still had a charge.I was trying out two different dog carriers and I was able to position this fan with ease on both carriers, which was helpful. The position I found most useful was hanging the fan off the net on the back of the seat but the arms made it easy to hang from the bag as well.The fan was a little noisy at home but was not an issue over the noise of the plane. The fan is not super tiny, but I was able to fit it in my carry-on bag, so overall worth it.If you are thinking about a dog carrier - I have a standard Delta TSA-approved carrier (the brindle pug is sitting in) and a Snoozer rolling backpack carrier. My pugs are 17 pounds. The Snoozer pug carrier has great visibility and front ventilation when under the seat and it is nice that you can roll it or wear it. I found it very easy to use a fan with this carrier. The Large fits under the window seat and larger middle seats toward the front of the plane on Alaska, but my guess is the medium fits under all seats. The Delta bag is terrible unless your dog likes being trapped in a cave lol. I shoved the fan inside the bag and was not worried about my dog hurting himself, the blades are well protected.Anyway, I hope this is useful for anyone traveling with pets. I am sure it works great for babies too haha.

We live where it can get sweltering hot and this is a lifesaver for mounting in the car to push air towards a car seat for rear facing children and for clipping on a stroller for outdoor adventures. We have several fans for multiple cars and use them daily. They have held up fairly well, though one of our oldest fans has lost one of its legs but the fan still works just fine

I've used this countless times, and it really comes in handy. Weather at the zoo or any hot area, this works great cooling our 6-month-old. I love the adjustable legs so you can mount it basically anywhere or stand it.

I used it in the car for my littles car seat all summer and it still works the same as the day I got it!! It stays charged for a good few hours and the settings were very easy to figure out!! It is very durable!! I’ve dropped it a couple times and I’ve still had no issues!! The downfall… It doesn’t hold onto things very well. It’s “top heavy”. If you mess with it a bit, tho… For the most part… It’ll stay put!! Definitely worth the money!!

Love love love this fan. It is perfect because the feet are so pliable and easy to move. They will stand up well when you want. It charges quickly. I take it everywhere when I need to have something to cool me down.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great portable fan for summer. I have been using this recently with humid weather. It has 3 settings, portable, great colors to chose from and overall great. USB charger included. No batteries needed. Great to attach to strollers , car seat if needed, or anywhere! Flexible legs to attach it anywhere or put it on the floor.

Great air flow. Perfect to help keep your little ones cool and comfortable in the heat! I got this to help cool my newborn in the car and stroller this summer and it’s been great so far. Keeps charge all day while using it pretty much all day long. Very durable
