Too Pricey
This is the same Vanicream lotion of the full-size container that contains like nothing, or almost nothing, in it to irritate the sensitive skin of people who are allergic to most things. People who want to use a product that does not contain unnecessary, harmful chemicals and prefer the most pure products they can find certainly can use it too. It is a rich, white lotion that seeps into your skin fairly quickly and remains as a light protective covering until you wash it off. This product is good, because it allows you to take it with you say, in your purse. The size is bigger than I envisioned, and it will last me a good while. I cannot say enough good things about Vanicream; however, this little tube is expensive. Cutting their price would be great, or even having it on sale from time to time.

Seriously, the Best
I never usually use a facial moisturizer (even though I own many), but I moved up north, and this winter was killing my skin! I developed these dry flakes on my cheeks, with some bumps too, I'm guessing from the lack of humidity? I swear, my face was so red and bumpy, I thought I had rosacea. This lite lotion fixed all of my problems though. My skin has never looked this good. It somehow actually looks clearer than usual, too. I do occasionally get one or two of these small whiteheads from this lotion (I know it's from the lotion because they occur in areas where I don't usually get pimples), but they go away quickly, and they're not too unsightly. I'm pretty sure the whiteheads would not occur if I used some sort of bha in conjunction with the lotion. The benefits really outweigh the cons, in my opinion. One thing I love about this is that it has no smell at all. That's super rare, even with products that claim to be unscented. It's very non-irritating, and that's coming from someone who can't tolerate anything, not even CeraVe products. For a lite lotion, it feels a little heavier than I expected, and it doesn't initially seem to moisturize, but its effects actually seem to become noticeable a day after use. The skin becomes much smoother in texture and looks moisturized. I'm glad this works for me because my skin hates almost everything that isn't water such as: CeraVe in the tub, Neutrogena Hydro Boost (Hydro Boost is actually lighter than the lite Vanicream and doesn't seem to do much other than irritate my skin), Cetaphil Redness Relieving Night Moisturizer (this is way too heavy for my skin), Olay Regenerist (I used to tolerate this, but something may have happened to the formula-I actually think I tolerate the scented version better), and Belif Aqua Bomb (and I'm sure there's more).

Helps red inflamed skin
It's the only cream I can use with my rosacea-prone skin.
