It was easy to set up, the heat level was great, the material is very durable, fits perfectly in my office, the pocket on the outside is great to put your phone in and listen to music without your phone overheating. The red light really brought a relaxing vibe. Would recommend for sure!

I love that this sauna is larger than most as I am a large man (6’, 320lbs). I chose this one because it was 3.2’x3.2’x6’. It was also on sale for $99 so I decided to give it a try. It arrived in perfect condition and was easily assembled with the only assistance needed was to get the cover on.The heater is rated at 1200W and holds 3L of water, so has plenty of power and capacity for a session up to an hour. At the highest setting (P15), it takes about 15 min to get the steam going, but once it does, it really puts it out and it gets quite steamy inside. I didn’t check the temperature, but I would guess it’s about 110-120 F. Not the 150 F I used to get in a commercial Viking sauna, but not bad either.I haven’t experienced any cons, but the chair is quite small and I didn’t think it would hold me, so I put in an all metal camping chair I got at Harbor Freight. It fits nicely and even has a shelf for drinks, etc.I think I made the right choice; certainly there are hundreds of other choices for more money, but the size was the deciding factor and you can’t beat the price. Even at full price ($189), I think it is a good deal if you need the larger size.

First off I really love this purchase! I absolutely love the feeling of stepping out of a sauna after 45 minutes and felling my system flushed out. The benefits are really kicking in.On Amazon you can find 10-15 different but same models of this style of a one person sauna. I choose this one for the "extra" benefit of having a mat included. It is so nice to step out and have something to stand on after dripping with sweat.There is only one annoyance and one improvement i wish this model had that is preventing me from giving it 5 stars.The annoyance I think is just a safety hazard which is that recommended 45 minutes max of sitting inside the sauna. The product does take 15 minutes to heat and build the condensation. So when you turn product on the machine automatically sets itself to 45 minutes but if you want to sit inside for 45 minutes you have to keep adding 15 minutes to the timer and wait to get itself ready. I kinda wish it had a preset timer for heating time before the timer of the machine starts registering.The one improvement is once you are inside sitting down you have no way of knowing how long you have before the machine turns off. I wish the machine would beep when have 5 minutes left and another beep every minute after until it stops and you hear a double beep to know your time is up.But overall this is a great product that I truly recommend.

So happy I purchased it set up was so easy my 5 year old helped and it was still quick less than 10 min pop up and I use it daily.

While this sauna setup is convenient, I found that the steam generation was not as efficient as expected. The temperature doesn’t get hot enough, so if you’re looking for an authentic sauna experience, a more advanced or high-end version might be a better choice.Additionally, the 2-liter water capacity feels somewhat limiting, making it difficult to fully enjoy a session. One of the most disappointing aspects was the long wait time for steam, which at times did not generate properly, leaving the space insufficiently heated.Finally, the tent size feels oversized considering the available steam output, which affects the overall effectiveness.If you’re looking for a truly immersive sauna experience, this may not be the best option.

This portable sauna is an awesome addition to my routine, especially after workouts! It works great and really helps with muscle soreness and relaxation. The heat is strong, and it gets you sweating quickly, just like a professional sauna.Setup was easy, and it’s compact enough to store away when not in use. If you’re looking for a convenient, at-home sauna experience, this is definitely worth it! Highly recommended!

I hate to review these kinds of products because it probably won't even be a year and this will become yet another "product unavailable". Also, I got this on sale, so would I still praise it as highly if I'd paid full price? ehh... maybe? There are dozens of these portable saunas, so why should you get this one? Well, it's 72 inches (6 ft) tall. If that's what's important to you, then this is the one you want.As for everything else, the metal tubes and plastic connectors assembled without issue, and the insulated shell had a few loose threads hanging off it, but was nicely made. The mat for the bottom was fine, and the chair was surprisingly decent. It also came with a kind of "rice cooker" looking pot that produces the steam that had a short cord but a pretty decent remote. Over all it's a solid product that does the job.
