Really impressed with this little machine. Wish I had purchased one sooner! Made cutting up fire wood a breeze! Battery life is better than expected also. Well worth the money!

Works just as it should, a lot of work done on a just one battery

Reassuringly solid. Clever connection of pole to the motor/cutter head using the battery platform for the head. Cleaning and refitting chain is a bit fiddly but easier than many brands. Chain tensioner knob also better/easier than most. Extension pole is sprung internally - watch your fingers getting nipped! It is very solidly extended and clipped in place. Does not easily cut thin branches (these just wobble) but excellent for thicker wood - say 1 to 4 inches: cuts well and chain sharpness seems to last pretty well. Visual oil level gauge is good. 2 batteries and a smaller chain. Very good. Pity GB don't produce any more.

Used this a lot over this year and it works exactly as described. No complaints at all. You need to make sure you keep the oil topped up for lubrication but that is available in lots of places. I've used this saw for many hours overall and manged to get through some relatively thick branches. A great time saver especially when you take in to account the reach. You easily have enough power in the battery to get an hours worth out of work out of the saw on a single charge, but I guess this will depend on how hard you work it. You can feel the blade working harder over thicker branches, but is to be expected.

Love the extra gadgets, price was good, quick delivery, cuts well, easy to use.

Chain comes off far to easy!

This would indeed be ideal for distant branches but nor so much for upclose cutting. I had thought it would be dismantle it and make it even shorter or handles closer to the chain/blade

Che funziona bene, ma la lama si allenta e va sempre tirata ma non è un problema, quando hai Imparato è semplicissimo e veloce. Devi lubrificare la lama perché non ha un oliatore incorporato, va fatto tramite la boccetta che è di corredo.

Facile à utiliser. Il faut mettre de l'huile sur la chaine régulièrement car il n'y a pas de réservoir. ce n'est cependant pas gênant. Les deux batteries tiennent bien la charge. Je suis surprise de l'épaisseur du bois qu'elle peut couper. c'est pratique. pour le moment rien à redire. J'ai coupé des petits arbres et des branches assez grosses. ça évite de sortir le gros matériel lourd te encombrant. Semble être d'assez bonne qualité pour le prix

Ich habe für den Preis echt nicht viel erwartet, würde aber sehr positiv überrascht! Die Säge ist sehr kraftvoll und der Akku hält auch recht lang. Hat sich für mich schon sehr bezahlt gemacht! TOP!!!
