Good quality product at a reasonable price. Power consumption is low (80W), and heating time is decent -(30 mins). Very helpful for daily lunch at office. Really worthy.

Tiffin is of good quality. The volume of containers is small but they are leakproof even for carrying dal. Only demerit is that the tiffin outer cover itself gets very hot.

A very useful and good product. Only issue is the power does not gets disconnected after the heating period is over. Otherwise quite good heating and value for money. Look wise good, easy cleaning..

Product quality was good. But as mentioned in the description box that it is a set of 4 bowls, when I received the parcel I found only 3 bowls inside. There was space for 1 bowl but the same was missing. So I returned the parcel.

Bought this last year....using only in winters..like 1 month. This winter, the outside body and inside utensils are getting hot bit the food is not getting heated. Not understanding where is the issue

HERE IS THE SOLUTION FOR ALL PROBLEM YOU FACED WITH THIS PRODUCT . PLEASE READ . This product is very useful and performance is excellent . I have three of these tiffins . It has 100 watt nichrome heating coil and a tiny thermostat winded along with heating coil , but thermostat may not work properly because it is not fitted firmly with the heating coil so you can easily found here at some reviews that inside plastic shape changed,melted and deformed cracked and product is unusable afer few days of purchaseing . Food not getting heated well with in 30 minutes . If you want to overcome this problem here below some tips . 1 . Consider Power supply voltage to be atlest 200 v for lower voltage it may take a more time than 30 minutes . 2 . You can't found all four stainless tiffin containers at same temperature because top container get more hot than bottom container due to hot air travel upward . So you have to keep food you want to be more hot on top and low at bottom . 3 . Heat transfer takes place from outside of the stainless container to inside and time depends on property of the food you put into it . 4 . If you have separate power supply point at your desk that you can use always for yourself and you want this product to really last long here is the best solution for you just go for a linear fan regulator (without steps) of cona or anchor make which costs appx rs90 and a 5 pin socket rs20 and a little plastic box of rs20 total rs 130 . Use this to regulate heating power of the tiffin to a low say about 20- 30 watts or as per your requirement and just keep plug in as soon you arrive at your office and just disconnect before you eat . NOTE .-A- (time required at least 1 hour no problem if it is more) . B- NEVER NEVER NEVER keep regulator position above HALF you have to keep always below HALF of its full power . Otherwise you sure DESTROY all the purpose and your tiffin box . C- it may take you a few days to find out the best regulator setting for the best result start with a lower one . D- never use it near chldern who may turn the regulator to full of its capacity . At the above stated condition i used to get very very hot and evenly heated food. 4 . Don't use this tiffin to carry liquid food unless you sure to keep it at upright position . 5 . At pictures i uploaded you can see heating coil and also protector thermostat or you may say sensor . Plese do not go for what i said if you are not sure about it contact technical person to do it at your own risk . Thanks .
