Le Creuset Stoneware Salt Crock, 10 oz., Sea Salt

Sea salt is a green colour. Used for holding salt, opening makes it easy to get salt. Item was delivered sooner than stated.

It is a lovely salt crock. It has a nice big opening and it looks great. Not a bargain obviously, but it is made well.

This is so handy, sturdy and beautiful! Helps keep salt where you want it and not all over your counters

This is my second crock. The first was a gift and I never knew how much I needed it in my life and it quickly became the most used tool in my kitchen. That being said, the replacement I purchased is so gorgeous. The color is listed as grey but it is a soft grey blue which I am thrilled by. I couldn't be happier with this crock

Le Creuset is best known for its cast iron-ceramic/enamel coated Dutch ovens and braising pans. Those products are well made and perform brilliantly once you learn to use them. But a salt crock? It’s ceramic. Cast. Painted and glazed to match my sea salt colored pots and pans. It should be a $5 item. But Le Creuset is very proud of it. So expect to pay 7 to 10 times what it’s worth.
