This was recommended to me by a high school classmate after connecting at the 50th reunion. About twice a week I wake with a cramp in one or both legs. Spray this on and massage it in relieves the pain in one minute. If I think ahead, I rub it on before bed. I gave my mother in law (86) some and it relieves her morning neck pain. Excellent product.

This actually works? I thought it was as gimmicky kind of thing at first, but I have such severe leg cramps at night that I was totally down to try just about anything. And honestly, I'm glad I did. If you are on the fence about trying it, it really isn't that expensive to just check and see if it works for you. I will absolutely be ordering more when mine runs out. I didn't expect it to work, but it actually really helped my nighttime leg cramps.

I like the product but I do not like the new packaging. The previous packaging provided a great description of the benefits of this product which convinced me to purchase it. This is the only reason why I purchased it again.The product helps me with pain and sleep.

This was recommended to me by a co-worker. I had tried everything short of sleeping pills to sleep through the night. I only been using it for two weeks. It seems to be working. I use it twice a day. I have to say this spray really stings. I started mixing it with lotion then putting it on my skin. Doing it that way takes the sting away

This stuff really works! I just spray it on and rub it in. Within a few minutes your pain goes away. Works for alo g time too! If you have sore muscles this is for you!
