I really like my new mask . It has improved my skin

I have used LED masks for 4 years- none have been comparable to Omnilux! I was seriously shocked and impressed to see just how different the mask was to other brands I have used- the glow was deep and instant! I use it every day in the morning after washing and evening after double cleansing.One thing I will say is a bummer is not having a time on the device to know how long you have to go also would have been nice to have a few other colours like blue light for active acne but the latter I don’t think matters because h the is does help with inflammation.

Feelings of collagen grown-up after a week, face becomes smoother and tight.Only shortcomings is that the nose part is a bit tight.

I found the effect of the red light on my skin is good, however, for that money paid I expected a better design. A mask which would cover all the face/ chin and not those horrible straps which entangle in my hair each single time!

Great product, worth the investment. Visible results but needs to be used consistently.

Like that it is flexible. However haven’t had it long and one bulb is flickering although I have looked after it and kept it in the box I use every other day.

The customer service was 50-100% depending on who you spoke to, but the item itself is just out of this world! I am so pleased with the mask, I would make some positive constructive suggestions to Omnilux about the shape of the mask and the fit, but I got around this by only using the bottom strap and laying back and relaxing... does the trick :) everyone is already raving about it and there is a reason why, it's brilliant, easy to use, takes very little time and is a good price! The packaging is really nice too!

I am mainly writing a review based on the customer service I recieved. I have been using this for around 3 weeks now so can't really say it's worked to its full potential although I have noticed my skin is brighter and firmerMy parcel was left on my doorstep by royal mail and subsequently stolen. Omnilux sent me a replacement within a week or so. Thankyou
