I took a teaspoon of this soon as I received it, it's a very strong taste, you may want to mix it in a 8 ounce of water, but never the less within a few moments I started feeling awesome. I all of a sudden had extra energy that I'm working out right now as I'm writing this review, and I haven't had the energy to workout all week. Also my blood pressure went down to 124 over 77 from 138 over 85 & I felt the difference before I took my blood pressure. I will be using this product everyday & will be reordering it before I run out if it keeps me feeling this great...
