the phone was okay but operating program became obsolete with my phone carrier so needed to return it

It's been over a year and still have this phone.I wanted to do a truthful review to the best of my knowledge.This is a great phone however, the battery is not the greatest because after 15% the phone shuts off, and seems like the battery decreases fast.Also, although it's unlocked you still have to call AT&t or go online to their website and unlock it. I thought it was already unlocked because that's what the headline said.And as far as the power button I wish it would have been on the back up the phone because my hand always seems to hit the button on right side and turn it off which is so annoying to me. But overall,. It's a pretty decent phone. I didn't notice until recently that on my invoice it said white phone but i was sent black instead. Didn't know it until I read invoice one day. Not crazy as it black phones but it's by here now .

I was so worried I was going to get a sad phone because of the reviews but I tried it anyway and boy! I’m sooo glad I did very small scratch but it came with a charger battery and back cover to the phone! I love it! Sooooo worth the money!! I’m buying another one for my husband too! Hope that one comes great too :) very happy with my order!

As with any/all second-hand electronics, I never expect much of them in terms of product quality, though I do expect to go at least 1 -2 months before anything happens. Less than 1 week goes by and the glass already developed a radial fracture for no reason; I never dropped it, nor have I put any heavy preassure on the screen. Other than that, the phone performes beautifully.

The phone was exactly as described. Took longer than I expected to arrive. But overall it is in great condition for a refurbished device. Thank you.

Seems to work well but mine tends to freeze up,apparently it's a common problem with note 4s

I like this phone my other phone went bad like this one so I got one like the previous one.

Battery port went out less than six months. Other than that worked great.
