I love these tapping / massage sticks. Great for muscle stimulation. I used daily in the morning on my body targeting muscles and lymphatic system tapping lightly. Great for sore muscles.plus the smell amazing . Very sturdy and perfect size to reach my back

Skeptical at first that these pretty little hammers would help relieve the tension and knots in my neck and on my shoulder blades, and also the pain my lower back pain. Wow. I'm amazed at how great I feel after using these to tap/hammer away the stresses of my day. Not only are they beautiful to look at and display, but they are so well made, and the scent that radiates from them is soothing, calming, and relaxing. Worth every penny!! I just got these in today. Very impressed with the quality for the affordable price. They smell wonderful! They are just the right size and weight. I used them right away. My body feels so much more relaxed and working the sore muscles was extremely beneficial. I highly recommend them.

Highly satisfied
Bought this for body tapping and moving fluid out of my tissues throughout my body especially with hard to reach places like the back. It has made a great difference in any type of swelling. These are firm but not super hard. Would buy again and highly recommend
