What does its packaging look like?

The organizer is on the outside of a black nurse backpack. Open the package, you'll find a black backpack, a gray organizer and two dividers.

Is the luggage strap of this nurse backpack durable? Will it tear easily after long use?

Yes I believe it is very durable and no I don’t think it will tear. I use the backpack every day and it has held up very well and I’m rough on backpacks because of how much I use it. Hope this helps!!!

What material is this made of? Nylon?

It’s like a ballistic nylon. A little thicker than regular nylon, woven and coated. It seems to be pretty waterproof and durable.

Do you think the middle removable organizer is useful?

I took mine out, but I wasn’t really looking for the organizer element to begin with. What I really love about this bag is that it retains its shape, and it holds a LOT.
