Didn’t think they’d work but I was pleasantly surprised when I didn’t get kicked out of bed for snoring! I would recommend this to anyone that snores! It’s comfortable, easy to apply and great value for money!

Useless. 1) sticky magnetic patches do not stay on- the magnets are stronger than the adhesion to skin. 2) the nose strip attachments are weirdly sized. They’re huge for one. I must have an abnormally small nose if these sizes are average. Personally, these do not work.

Functionality wise I love what this does for me, I’ve always struggled to breathe through my nose but it just makes it so easy to breathe. It’s pretty much entirely cut out my snoring WHEN it stays on…. Unfortunately quality wise it doesn’t seem the best. I find half of the stickers are unusable as half of the adhesive stays on the paper they come on and when wearing by the morning the stickers have come away from the adhesive and I’ll wake up with a circle of the glue on my face but the magnetic bit of the sticker still attached to the plastic strip which has fallen off my face. So it’s definitely not bad for the price you pay but it falls flat when it comes to quality. I’m yet to make it a full night without the stickers coming off!

Good variety of size, does support my breathing, however have had a few of the discs come off in sleep and back to snoring! Likely my fault.

Was looking for a solution to get more air through my nose as was breathing through my mouth while sleeping. I really liked the idea of this, however it just didn't work. Even following the instructions the adhesive on the pads you put on your nose just isn't strongenough compared to the magnets. This might have been added to by the fact that none of the sizes of the plastic bit that goes over your nose was the right size for my nose. I couldn't recommend these and will continue to find another solution
