Bought these for my girlfriend and she noticed they seemed really small considering they’re supposed to be 3g protein each. So I weighed them and she was right, each gummy only weighs 2.5g, so there’s no chance the protein content is anywhere close to what they’re claiming. The weight listed on the bottle is 180g which means that the most the gummies could weigh would be 3g (which would mean they were 100% protein which makes no sense) Wish I’d paid attention to the negative reviews

These are very tasty, not too sure on the value per gram of protein as I made the mistake of thinking it was one bear per portion and not 4 bears. So though there are cheaper ways of getting your protein. After reading another review I checked the weight and 4 bears come out at 12 grams. So can’t be all protein, Interesting that the latest recommendation is to eat 6 bears to get 12 grams of protein so the value goes down further. They are tasty, convenient and reasonably low in calories, so you takes your choice and pays your money. Protein bars work out cheaper!

The fact that you have to so many just to get a small amount of protein is off putting. Price is high. Taste was good.

These are nice and good value for money. You can use these instead of eating lots of other protein products. They recommend 4 a day but you can do 1 or 2.

Love the berry flavour of the gummies. In particular like that these are pre set 12grams each gummy, so you do not need to measure out powder each time and worry if you have got the right amount out.
